SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7-10 Business Days.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once the order is shipped we will send you an update on your phone with the details of the delivery timelines.
Damages
Leather Craft Works is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange requests are to be placed within the span of 24 hours from the day the customer receives the product. Any requests placed after the span of 24 hours will not be accepted.
Exchanges are available if the customer has issues with the product size (whether the product is not the size expected) then an exchange request is to be submitted for a bigger or a smaller size.
Exchanges are also available if the product is delivered damaged. The customer is requested to provide pictures of the damaged product while requesting for an exchange. After product investigation the exchange request will be processed and the new exchange item will be delivered within the span of 7-10 days from the day the product is received.
All exchange products are to be self shipped for exchange to the factory address. The customer will be notified on product receival.
Returns and Refunds.
Returns and refunds are not available. Customers are suggested to examine the product images carefully, and determine whether they want to purchase the product, before placing the order.
